Effective Date: 4.1.2026

This Affiliate Program Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Abeytu LLC, located at 30 N Gould Street Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801 (“Company”), and the participating affiliate (“Affiliate”).

By applying to or participating in the Abeytu LLC Affiliate Program, Affiliate agrees to the following terms:

1. Program Overview

The Affiliate Program allows approved partners to promote Abeytu LLC products and earn commissions on qualifying sales generated through approved affiliate links or codes.

2. Enrollment & Approval

All affiliates must be approved by Abeytu LLC.

Company reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion.

3. Affiliate Links & Tracking

Affiliates will be provided with unique tracking links and/or discount codes.

Commissions are earned only on valid sales tracked throughthese approved methods.

4. Commission Structure

• Commission rates will be determined by Abeytu LLC and may be updated at any time
• Commissions are paid only on completed, non-refunded orders
• Payments will be made on a quarterly basis

5. Payment Terms

• Minimum payout threshold: $500 USD, will payout once the threshold is hit
• Payments made bank transfer / ACH
• Affiliate is responsible for any applicable taxes

6. Prohibited Activities

Affiliate agrees NOT to:

• Sell products directly as a reseller without authorization
• List or sell products on Amazon, eBay, Walmart, or other marketplaces
• Bid on branded keywords (e.g., “Abeytu,” product names) in paid advertising without permission
• Use spam, misleading links, or deceptive marketing tactics
• Impersonate Abeytu LLC or present themselves as the brand

7. Marketing & Claims Compliance

Affiliate must comply with all applicable advertising laws,
including:

• FTC guidelines (U.S.)
• Applicable international advertising regulations

Affiliate agrees to:

• Clearly disclose affiliate relationships
• Avoid false or misleading claims
• Not make disease or medical claims not supported by approved materials

8. Approved Content

Affiliate may only use:

• Official product descriptions
• Approved marketing materials
• Accurate representations of products

Company reserves the right to request removal or modification of any content.

9. Intellectual Property

Affiliate is granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use Abeytu LLC trademarks solely for affiliate promotion.

All intellectual property remains the property of Abeytu LLC.

10. Order Handling

All orders are processed, fulfilled, and managed by Abeytu LLC.

Affiliate has no authority to:

• Handle payments directly
• Process returns or refunds
• Represent customer service on behalf of the Company

11. Termination

Company may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause.

Affiliate must immediately cease use of:

• Affiliate links
• Brand assets
• Promotional materials

12. Commission Forfeiture

Unpaid commissions may be withheld or forfeited if Affiliate:

• Violates this Agreement
• Engages in fraudulent or deceptive practices
• Generates invalid or non-compliant traffic

13. Limitation of Liability

Abeytu LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the affiliate program.

14. Indemnification

Affiliate agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Abeytu LLC from claims arising from:

• Marketing practices
• Regulatory violations
• Misrepresentation of products

15. Independent Contractor

Affiliate is an independent contractor and not an employee, partner, or agent of Abeytu LLC.

16. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.

17. Modifications

Abeytu LLC may update this Agreement at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any updates.

18. Acceptance

By participating in the Abeytu LLC Affiliate Program, Affiliate acknowledges and agrees to all terms of this Agreement.
