Refund & Return Policy

Abeytu LLC

At Abeytu LLC, we stand behind the quality of our products. Due to the nature of dietary supplements and international shipping, the following policy applies to all purchases.

1. General Policy

All sales are considered final, except as expressly outlined below.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged in transit
  • Defective
  • Incorrect (wrong item shipped)

You must notify us within 7 days of delivery.

To request a replacement or refund, email: info@abeytunaturals.com with:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the product and packaging
  • Description of the issue

If approved, Abeytu LLC will:

  • Replace the item, or
  • Issue a refund at our discretion

3. Returns for Damaged or Incorrect Items (Unopened Products Only – U.S. Orders)

For U.S.-based retail customers only:

  • Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery
  • Products must be in original, sealed condition

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

A refund will be issued upon inspection, minus original shipping charges.

4. International Orders – No Returns

Due to customs regulations, product integrity concerns, and high shipping costs:

All international sales are final

We do not accept returns or exchanges for orders shipped outside the United States.

Exceptions apply only in cases of:

  • Damaged items
  • Incorrect shipments

(as outlined in Section 2)

5. Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

If an international shipment is:

  • Refused by the customer
  • Returned due to customs issues
  • Undeliverable due to incorrect address

No refund will be issued.

Reshipment may be offered at the customer’s expense.

6. Customs, Duties, and Import Restrictions

Customers are responsible for:

  • Import duties
  • Taxes
  • Customs clearance requirements

Abeytu LLC is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by customs
  • Seizure of products by customs authorities
  • Additional import fees

7. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet shipped.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

8. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was caused by Abeytu LLC.
