"I have been using it now for about a month. I feel good. I have also been taking Para 1 and 2, and lactoferrin and a binder. I have relaeased several ropes. . . . So that feels good. I will contunue taking the Para 1 till I feel that I got most of them. . . . then do that maybe once a week??/ But contunue to take the nova and all of it forever.
